To participate in the Auction House in World of Warcraft, you need to follow these steps:

1. Locate an Auction House: You can find Auction Houses in major cities, marked on your map by a gold coin icon.
2. Open the Auction House: Right-click on the Auctioneer NPC to open the Auction House window.
3. Search for items: Use the search bar to find the items you're interested in buying or selling.
4. Bid or Buyout: If you're buying an item, you can place a bid or use the Buyout option to purchase it immediately. If you're selling an item, you can set a starting bid and a buyout price.
5. Wait for the auction to end: Auctions typically last 12, 24, or 48 hours. Once the auction ends, you'll receive a notification in your mailbox if you've won or sold an item.
